Important: All Vyakti AI products and services are purchased and delivered online. Once a subscription period begins, no refunds are provided. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time through:

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period

- Partial subscription periods
- Unused portions of your subscription
- Subscriptions cancelled before the end of the billing period
- Any previously charged subscription fees

If we offer a free trial period:
- You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be automatically charged for a subscription

For enterprise Companion-as-a-Service (CaaS) subscriptions:

If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Use:
- No refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period
